Candidates should have previous site construction experience with grading, installation of utilities, and drainage ( setting structures, adjusting manhole covers/ frames)
Perform various laborer activities assigned by the onsite construction superintendent necessary to complete assigned task/ project under the direct supervision of onsite Construction Superintendent

Responsible for operating various pieces of heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner
Excavation for utilities, grading walkways, fields, & roadways

Must be a qualified operator of all heavy equipment I.e. Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, Skid Steers
Would be responsible for interpreting and understanding blueprints and formulating a detailed construction plan
Expected to have a high level of integrity and strong management skills, make in field decisions and recommendations while working under the direction of the Project Manager

Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold)
Preform commercial landscape maintenance to include mowing, seasonal cleanups, pruning & trimming, installation of mulch, and other general landscape work as required
